Thursday: The Importance of The Arts—Dan Zanes

Dan Zanes and Friends long-awaited Spanish-language family album is now available!

Dan Zanes ¡Nueva York! CD

Weird fact about my family, we dance around the house listening to my husband’s Spanish albums he bought while living in the Canary Islands, so this is perfect!

There are so many wonderful things about this album, it can serve as fantastic party music your kids will love, may help broaden your children’s view of the world and will help your children with their Spanish vocabulary! This is music for the family, DZ creates the absolute best family friendly music.

We all love DZ and try to catch him every time he is in concert (makes for a great adult-friendly live show!).

Will definitely have to pick this one up (if my wife hasn\’t already).

    Great site, btw.

Thank you so much, this was very interesting. I was actually born in Spain (I’m not telling you what year though!) but moved around various parts of europe and lastly settled in the UK when I was 7. I dont remember much of the few years I was in spain, but the smell of spanish food always seems to ring a bell in me or something. It’s weird how I dont remember anything except the smells, isn’t it! I even found a whole internet site dedicated to spanish recipes, which gave me great delight and thought I ought to share. Anyway, thank you again. I’ll get my son to add your cast to my rss thing…
