Things I Loved This Week

August 28th, 2011 in About Me, Beauty in Everyday

Dance starting up again! We have a trip to Costa Rica all booked and paid for and the date for the girls’ Nutcracker performance got moved to when we are gone. We are all sad they can’t participate this year but we still love dance. We go to the best place in the state in my “opinion-ion-ion-ion.” (name that show)

Do you remember doing this as a kid? In the middle of the day I had a random memory of doing this so I showed my girls. We were all busting up laughing. Do this and say, “Fuzzy Wuzzy Was a Bear.” AHH! Hilarious.

Buying 6 yummy cupcakes and dropping them off to 6 different neighbors. If you aren’t feeling too involved or loved in your own neighborhood, then it’s probably your fault most of the time. And then when you do stuff like this you feel much better. ‘Tis true.

Getting through mornings. I edited this photo to look like how I see things in the morning. I AM OUT OF IT! How everyone gets out of bed and fed is beyond me ’cause I don’t even remember doing anything.

Poki and me in a quiet house. When Abby is gone and Shae is asleep, Cameron and I sit and watch cooking shows together.

Taking my girls to the park where their daddy officially proposed to their mommy.

Getting held by Daddy. He is a busy, busy man so it’s a special treat.

Baby Dolls that can fold themselves in half and suck on their toe to soothe themselves.

Knowing that in about a year, they will be best buds. This is my newest niece! We just love her. Such a sweet pea. Guys, I really honestly do love my nieces and nephews as much as my own children. Is that odd? I hope not.
