Sunday: Entertainment Review—101 Dalmatians

101 Dalmatians

I am sure if you have a child under 10 you have heard that 101 Dalmatians “was released from the Disney Vault!”

My brother (who is now 18) loved that movie so much wen he was little. One day he hugged the television so hard it actually fell onto his head. He was fine, very hard headed, and I still laugh every time I think of it 🙂 (is that horrible?)

So yes I purchased the newly released film (I got a free lunch box and lithographs along with it, thank you Disney store) and sat down to watch it.

This is one of Disney’s classics, one of their greatest I think, and it does not have any princesses (finally a movie for boys who despise anything girly). Each puppy has their own cute and distinctpersonality. My favorite part of the movie is when Pongo and Perdita meet (along with their owners) such a cute love story—ALMOST as good as Lady & the Tramp.

My daughter is a bit to young to sit through the movie, but I sure enjoyed it. I love the coloring in this movie, it is very soft, a huge difference from all the overly brightly cartoons now a days. Such beautiful drawing, very interesting plot, interesting enough for the adult to enjoy it even more than their child.

I am glad they are back, didn’t you miss these cute little puppies. This is why I always wanted a Dalmatian!!
