Sunday: Entertainment Idea: Singing
When we want to do something fun with the girls but lack the energy to plan a really exciting activity or outing, we usually end up sitting around our home singing for an hour or two. Tyler and I like to scream at the top of our lungs harmonizing and rifting while the girls look at us seriously confused. (I would like to note we pretty much sound like Christina Aguilera off her Christmas album…you know you remember that one!) Then we start bustin’ out dance moves that look a lot like Elaine’s. I kid you not, people find it hilarious how my girls dance, and I act like I have no idea where they learned it!
The girls love to take their turns dancing and singing during this, their peak awesomeness. This is such a simple activity we do as a family but it is one of our favorite ways to spend time together, and it definitely keeps the kids entertained!
