Signs of Spring

This past Sunday, a very chilly and windy Sunday, I thought we would look for HOPE!

By that, I mean spring.

We grabbed a couple of clipboards, attached a piece of paper on them, got a pen and went on a walk. We drew a little picture of every little sign we saw that spring is here…or coming…hopefully.

Bird nests, dead worms on the sidewalk, tulips, grass turning just a bit green and tiny, tiny new growths on trees. I felt like we were REALLY, REALLY searching to find anything, but we did find some things.

And boy, when you just add a clipboard to the mix it makes things seem more fun and professional. Those girls thought they were on a very important mission!
