I love the color wheel…mostly because I thought for a long time that Savannah was color blind. She has had such a hard time learning colors. Maybe that would help me out a bit. Any other suggestions with colors? I have done color days which have helped a bunch. =)

I have realized that over the course of constructing a relationship with real estate owners, you’ll be able to come to understand that, in each and every real estate purchase, a commission is paid. In the end, FSBO sellers never “save” the commission rate. Rather, they try to win the commission simply by doing a great agent’s occupation. In completing this task, they shell out their money along with time to complete, as best they could, the jobs of an real estate agent. Those duties include getting known the home via marketing, representing the home to willing buyers, creating a sense of buyer emergency in order to prompt an offer, booking home inspections, managing qualification check ups with the bank, supervising maintenance tasks, and assisting the closing of the deal.
