I am behind on blogging! This happened back in the summer, and I have wanted to document it on my blog to give myself a little pat on the back.

A little story of mine was published in a national magazine! It is not my first time being published. When I was a teenager I had a little line in The Washington Post (and yes, I think that totally should count). So this is just my seconde time, and I felt all special looking at my name typed like this in the magazine:

It’s a little story about a spot of dirt in my childhood backyard in Edgewood, Maryland, and all the family memories I have from that little spot.

Seeing the Everyday is a publication about appreciating, loving and finding importance in the little everyday things that make up family and your life. You can get a subscription on their website here.
