New Music We Love—Susie Tallman

It is hard to find kid’s music that doesn’t give me a headache. Though we have and love a handful of them that I’ve posted in the past, we needed more in the rotation and last week I found a ton of new albums!

Meet Susie Tallman (yes, I know I might be one of the last to hear about her but it’s not like I have been a mom for THAT long).

Her songs are educational, interesting, entertaining and the arrangements use a symphony of guitars, whistles, banjos, accordions, and other instruments. What’s not to love? Listening to her music takes you on a mini adventure. My girls love “Goin’ on a Bear Hunt” and one of my favorites is the “German Cradle Song.”

You must buy all of them now…trust me.

I haven’t heard of Susie either. Thanks for sharing. I will see if our local library has some of her music. We like Laurie Berkner too.
