Who is your hero? My husband
Your advice to other mothers that want to raise kids (or get their kids on track) to have a healthy relationship with food and grow up to be healthy adults? Starting as early as possible is the key to creating kids that have a healthy relationship with food. The more that you can expose them to a variety of foods and allow them to be a part of the cooking process, the more excited they will be about what goes in their body!
