What makes you smile? My kids make me smile. I love to watch them learn and discover new things.

What is one of your dreams you hope to accomplish soon? I would love to take another art class. I took a oil painting class a couple of years ago and would love to take a watercolor painting class sometime soon.

One of Your favorite motherhood moments? I love watching my kids as they get older and develop into these really wonderful people. They are all so different, but each of them has their own strengths. It’s fun to see them grow each day.

What is your guilty pleasure? I love Baked Lays, Diet Coke and reading each night when the kids are in bed. It’s my winding down time.

What do you love most about you? I love that I am creative. And I love learning new things — new skills.

Favorite Holiday? I love Halloween and I always have, even as a small child. I can’t wait for Halloween each year!

Who is your hero? My hero was my dad who passed away 5 years ago. He was a super person — so generous, smart and kind.

how do you think as a mother you can keep up on being creative and encouraging creativness in your children? I think we all need a little time to ourselves to develop our creative side. Even if we have to sneak it in while our kids are napping or at night, it’s so wonderful to be able to have that creative outlet. And I think our kids will see that we are learning and growing and they will want to explore their creative side too.
