I grew up in Maryland and OF COURSE my favorite team and player…
Going to a game was not financially possible with a family of seven.
We would however go to local university’s baseball, hockey, soccer, basketball, volleyball games.
Watching those games helped me have role models of living an active life and were a cheap fun family outing.
It won’t be nearly as good as a Orioles game with Cal Ripken 😉 BUT I think your kiddos will have a ball. Check out your nearby colleges and buy some tickets!
