It’s Not You It’s ME
Dear Blog,
It’s not you. It’s ME. We just need a break. Iwill see you next week, I think. I know… I started planning a whole week of giveaways for Christmas. And then I just got very very tired and decided to scrap it all. Maybe for the New Year? Or better yet- your 2nd blog anniversary in February? I promise I will make it up to you.
My personal trainer is pushing me hard. I am very tired at night and only want to curl up in bed. This leaves me withno energy for cute posts. Hopefully after a break? We could talk bout how “school time” has been going these past few weeks with Abby. How I pretend to be Miss Biney from Ramona and it gets Abby to be a saint and learn at lightning speed? Or my dreadful potty training episode that has me scarred for life? Or we could post about the snowball surprise cookies I love to make with the girls when the first snowfall hits? I could even go out on a limb and post about how I really dislike Mommy-Know-it-Alls?
We’ll see. Hopefully so.

Good for you, Vanessa! Take a break & enjoy yourself! That’s cool that you’re using a personal trainer! Man, I’ve gotta step it up cuz you & Em are so hot now that I’m gonna be embarrassing to hang out with.
A personal trainer? Wow! That is so hollywood. You should write a whole post about that - what it’s like, how often you meet with the trainer, how much it costs, etc. I’m interested.
Also: it sounds like your energies are being directed toward “mommying” these days…which is exactly where they should be going! Good for you for being so creative, fun, and interactive.
