If I Built a Car by Chris Van Dussen is awesome. Another author that can write like he has the imagination of a kid! In my opinion, if you don’t have that imagination, you have no business writing or illustrating children’s picture books.

If I Built a Car by Chris Van Dussen follows the imagination of a boy sitting in the back seat of his dad’s car, explaining what *HIS* car would be like if he built one. It would have some pretty awesome seating and a pool, would make treats, would go on water and under water, etc.

Gotta check it out!
