The Visual Dictionary is a fairly new website (started in February of 2006) and have since racked up over 5000 images of over 3000 words. I found the website very interesting and thought I would pass along.

The Visual Dictionary is a collection of words in the real world. Photographs of signage, graffiti, advertising, tattoos, you name it, they are cataloging it.
