1390 E. Presidents Circle

Salt Lake City, Utah

The girls and I spent three hours today at the Utah Museum of Natural History and were blown away. More on that in a later post.

Today I wanted to invite you to Utah Museum of Natural History’s “What’s In the Basement” October 17th from 9:30am to 5pm.

Did you know the museum has 1.5 million objects? These objects are very rarely seen by the public. They have everything from beautiful beaded moccasins to dinosaur teeth to dinosaur skin impressions to unbelievably old turtle shells to animal skulls to ceremonial masks.

Today we got to see all of them. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity and YOU and your kids can have it too.

They are also doing some fabulous art & craft activities “In the Basement” that we got to try out ahead of time. Have your kids turn an impression of dinosaur skin into a painted necklace. Have them make a pterodactyl hat or dig for dinosaur bones.

You will have a blast! Believe me. We will be there too. It really is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see some unbelievable items.

The Utah Museum of Natural History is giving YOU the chance to win a Family Guest Pass to their museum (includes the “Whats In the Basement” event), which is good for a family of SIX!

For the chance to win this giveaway YOU MUST:

-Comment on this post ONCE (ONCE!)

-In your ONE comment, tell me if you tweeted about the giveaway (5 extra entries)

Good Luck. This giveaway ends Thursday October 15th at 9pm (MST)

Don’t worry. I will get the pass to you in time for Saturday!

P.S. Here is a great coupon to pass along and print out for yourself!
