TYPT sounds amazing! As a teacher of 160 seventh graders and mother of two wild toddlers, I really need to start doing yoga to relieve STRESS AND TENSION as I have never known anyone so stressed out as myself. I also just finished my master’s degree while doing all of the above. Sitting at a computer for months of research leave me completely inflexible–can’t even touch my toes! That’s a benefit I could really use. I would love to win this as a wonderful reward for finishing my master’s degree and a positive step towards the future! Thanks for offering us the chance! I will mention it at my blog at http://www.asliceofgray.blogspot.com. :-)

Such a wonderful and generous giveaway! I used to practice yoga regularly, but don’t as much now as I should. I could use some motivation to get it back in my routine again.

Can’t seem to do many if any of these moves, but like the idea they have “chair” yoga exercises, those I might actually be able to do.

Without time to attend regular classes with a toddler, I would enjoy the ability to do it on my time.

I’ve been wanting to try yoga because sitting at a computer all day seems to have given me back and neck pains

I took some yoga classes a few years ago and still practice what I learned. I’d like to expand my repertoire. I’ve found that yoga increases my flexibility and truly does give me a sense of peace.

I am a beginner but so far I love yoga! I am hoping it will increase my flexibility and stamina. I love the feel of the stretches and how much more relaxed I am afterwards. The Chair Yoga Practice looks interesting.
Thanks for the chance to win!

I’ve only done yoga a few times, but loved how I felt during and after. It would be great to have a dvd of my own. After 3 kids in 3 years, I could really use the toning and calm it brings :)
