Cookie Magazine Cookbook Giveaway

Once upon a time I had a goal of becoming a contributor for a magazine I love, either a lifestyle or parenting magazine. Remember Cookie Magazine? Oh, that one was at the top of my list and I landed a deal to be a contributor. And then a month later they decided to no longer put out that wonderful publication. Boy, was I disappointed to say the least. But things like this happen all the time and one day something that is right will stick. It is still a goal of mine. Although, the goal of surviving this pregnancy and getting this baby out of my body trumps all goals at the moment.

But that is not what this post was supposed to be about. I got side-tracked! It’s GIVEAWAY TIME! Another non-sponsored giveaway, or should I say, “My Google Ad’s Sponsored Giveaway” or “I Had About Six Offers for Valentine’s Day Giveaways in My Inbox That I Never Followed up on Because I Am Lazy So Doing This Instead Giveaway.” Eh, either one will work.

Cookie Magazine DID put out a cookbook in 2010 titled “Time for Dinner.” I picked it up fast and it has become an essential help in dinner making and meal planning in my home.

Let me tell you what I love about it:

  • It is a cookbook that you can tell is written by someone who LOVES food, someone who loves healthy food, someone who likes to experiment but knows what works for a busy mom with a lot of people to take care of
  • The organization of the cookbook and the photography
  • The yummy recipes!
