I’d use my nifty new Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer most often for baking cakes. We have big family birthday parties every month to celebrate all the birthdays in that month. Though I’m the #1 cake-maker, I’ve been using an el-cheap-o hand mixer. Save me from this punishment!

My mom always used her kitchenaid until she gave it to my sister. I always loved the chocolate brownies she made in it. I don\\\’t even own a stand mixer since my kitchen is really tiny but would love to own one for when I bake. My 5 year old just learned to read and likes experimenting with recipes- he just came across a banana bread recipe he wanted to try. I also really like th cool colors of the kitchen aid, especially persimmon and green apple.

I have always wanted a Kitchen Aid mixer. I only have a hand mixer, which I use to make LOTS of cookies, cakes and pumpkin bread! Unfortunately, hand mixers are not very fun to use on recipes that require 10 minutes of beating egg whites, or kneading french bread dough!

I heart KitchenAid! Seriously, I totally love my mixer. Yes, I have one but I’d love a bigger one since mine is the smaller size and with a growing family I’m thinking a a bigger one to make yummy homemade bread in would be lovely. That and I LOVE the red! My mom still has her avacado green one and it’s going strong after 30 years.

I love to bake, and I like to decorate cakes. The Kitchen Aid mixer is the only one powerful enough to mix royal icing (decorator\’s strength) without burning out the motor. This is a must have!!!
I also would love to knead bread with the dough hook.

First off, I would love to get a new mixer! I would love the splash guard. When my daughter helps me back sugar cookies, she tends to have a heavy hand with the flour and sugar and we end up with flour all over the place. Those cookies are my very favorite things in the world to bake.

    1. I have always wanted a Kitchen aid mixer. I thought I bought one last year at a garage sale the box looked unopened. I was real excited to I got home and was getting ready to make a PB pie. I opened it up to wash it to use and it was a old mixer probably from the 70\’s that didn\’t work very well. So If I won a would probably use it to make a Pb pie and maybe some cookies to.

    2. blogged about it here http://angelasbits.blogspot.com/2009/02/i-never-grew-up-birthday-bash-giveaway_20.html

I have had a stand mixer on my wish list for SO LONG!!! I’m still using a hand mixer that smokes a little bit if the dough is too heavy. Ugh. The budget just hasn’t allowed for the purchase, so it would be wonderful to win! I would use it for any kind of mixing, but I’m especially dreaming about it for the cookie dough recipe I have that I always end up stirring & kneading by hand. Thanks for the chance to enter.

OK- this is in my favorite color (these come in so many fun colors) and I have been dreaming of actually owning one of these for years!! I love the pouring shield and how easy these are to use:) I just ooh and aahh at them currently. We love chocolate chip or any kind COOKIES and GOODIES-and I use a Kitchen Aid hand mixer to make them currently. This would be a lifesaver. I also love the stainless steel bowl that it comes with-since I don’t own anything even close- use a glass or plastic bowl usually– :) I am on your email and I blogged about your b’day bash. This would just make my year ;)

whoa! I am quite a needle in a haystack here! I have been at this party & I’ve had fun. But your party has really worn me out & I’m soo sleepy I can hardly type – but for this I will gladly copy a novel for you.
I recently went gluten-free for my youngest. I am now making all breads, muffins, cookies – everything from scratch with special flours. This non-wheat flour mixing requires much elbow grease. This would be a such a huge blessing :) ) Fingers crossed :)

Thanks for the chance to win!

I would make chocolate-chip cookies. And it would probably be easier than making them by hand. Which probably means that I’d do it more often. Which means that I would be eating chocolate-chip cookies more often. So please enter me in this contest even though winning it means I’d gain 10 lbs. Thanks!

This is an awesome giveaway your having for your Birthday Bash~! I use my hand mixer for making cakes and frosting most of the time but I use it for mixing just about everything. I have even used it for mixing home made wall paper glue with cornstarch and water. I only have a cheap hand mixer but I use it all the time.
