5k Goal

Abby & Cameron worked hard for 9 weeks training for a 5k. They followed this app that worked them up to a 5k. It tells them how to warm up, when to run, when to walk, how to cool down. You can change the “person” training you on the app. A zombie voice, Dracula, a female trainer, or male trainer, and a few more. I would just sent them out together three times a week for 30 minutes and they worked hard!

I talked my dad into running it with them. The girls did it, it was hard, they were VERY glad this goal of theirs was over. I was really proud of them to finish something that was hard for them.
