Adding this recipe to our breakfast rotation, sound so yummy. Banana-Oat Smoothie from the Every Day Food Magazine In a blender, combine 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats, 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt, 1banana cut into thirds, 1/2 cup fat-free milk, 2 teaspoons honey, and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.
